Brendan McMahon is a family law attorney dedicated to helping individuals navigate their unique legal situations. He assists clients with a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, property division, child support and maintenance, legal custody, physical placement, and marital property agreements.

Brendan is committed to helping clients make informed decisions through clear communication and practical solutions. He serves as both a strong advocate and a trusted advisor, offering thoughtful legal guidance tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Brendan earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, where he was a member of the Marquette Sports Law Review. During law school, he developed a strong passion for family law, advocacy, and client-centered representation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marist University, which allows him to approach family law matters with insight into the emotional and psychological complexities clients often encounter.

Brendan is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and is actively involved in the family law legal community.
